Most services cook everything on Sunday and call it a week — by Thursday, your lunch has been sitting in the fridge for four days and you can taste it. We refused to do it that way. We're a small team — and we keep it that way on purpose. Our weekly menu is intentionally limited so every dish gets the time and care it deserves. That also means we work with a limited number of orders each week, so if you're thinking about it, don't wait too long.
