All Sales Are Final
Because our meals are freshly prepared by hand in our Houston kitchen using perishable ingredients, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed.
Quality Guarantee
We take great pride in every meal we prepare. If you receive a meal that is damaged during delivery, has a food safety concern, or was incorrectly prepared, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@wearegido.com with a photo and description of the issue. We will review your case and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement meal or store credit for a future order.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your order up until our weekly cutoff: Wednesday at 11:59 PM CT. After this time, we begin sourcing ingredients and preparing meals, and cancellations or changes are no longer possible. To cancel, email us at hello@wearegido.com before the cutoff.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not available to receive your delivery, we will leave your meals at the delivery location you specified. Gido is not responsible for meals left unrefrigerated after delivery. Please ensure someone is available to store your meals promptly. We do not offer refunds or redelivery for missed deliveries.
