Delivery Area

Gido currently delivers within the Houston, Texas metropolitan area. If you are unsure whether your address falls within our delivery zone, please contact us at hello@wearegido.com before placing your order.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver fresh meals twice per week to keep your food as fresh as possible:

Sunday delivery: Your meals for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are delivered on Sunday.

Wednesday delivery: Your meals for Thursday and Friday are delivered on Wednesday.

Deliveries are made throughout the day. Because we are a small team, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, but we will do our best to deliver within a reasonable window. You will be notified when your delivery is on its way.

Order Cutoff

All orders must be placed by Wednesday at 11:59 PM CT for the following week. Orders placed after the cutoff will be applied to the next available delivery week.

Delivery Fee

A flat delivery fee of $10 is applied to all orders. This covers both your Sunday and Wednesday deliveries for the week.

Delivery Instructions

Please provide accurate delivery instructions when placing your order, including any gate codes, apartment numbers, or preferred drop-off locations. Gido is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Food Storage

All meals should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery. Our meals are designed to stay fresh for the days they are intended. Please do not freeze meals unless otherwise noted, as this may affect taste and texture.
